📌 Poster Board Dimensions

Poster Panel Size: 100 cm (W) × 200 cm (H) (Portrait orientation)
Recommended Poster Size: A0 (Portrait) – 84.1 cm (W) × 118.9 cm (H)

Posters larger than the board size will not be accommodated. We advise keeping at least a 5–8 cm margin on all sides for ease of mounting.

Please ensure your poster is mounted and removed within the specified timeframes. Posters left behind may be discarded by the organizers.

🧷 Mounting Materials

Adhesive materials (e.g., double-sided tape or poster clips) will be provided on-site.
Onsite volunteers will assist you during the setup period.

🧬 Poster Content Recommendations

Ensure your title, presenter name, and institution are clearly visible at the top.
Use large fonts (minimum 24 pt) and clear figures/graphics to enhance readability.
Structure your poster with clear sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
QR codes linking to your paper/preprint are welcome.

🏆 Best Poster Awards

Selected posters will be evaluated by the scientific committee.
Winners will be announced during the closing session.
